SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bloomington

This was a great stop on our way back from Illinois to Tennessee. Cinda was very friendly at the Front desk as well as the breakfast attendant. Great breakfast for everyone. I don't really do breakfast at Hotels, however they had Greek yogurt along with fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries. We will definitely come back to enjoy a weekend here.

This hotel was a surprise to my whole family on how clean it was. The only thing was they didn't vacuum, but the room was clean and clean. When my son vacuumed, there was a lot of noise meaning it was dirty. The best part is they don't allow pets, which I like. The only reason I didn't give a 5 stars is because the front desk lady was very rude as she gave the prior customer information about the hotel breakfast times, parking, etc... when it was my turn, I didn't get the info...is it because I'm Asian and she gave me this weird look. Of course I had to ask her to give me info about this hotel, then she shared. Check-in lady was not nice, but the lady who checked me out was more experienced and professional. The garage is an oven in there...if you can't handle high heat and humidity, DO NOT use their garage and just park on the street. There should be some sort of fan to force air to move. The elevator is slow as there's only one going to the garage/rooms and another just the rooms. The hallways have AC so there's no funky smell, which I like a lot. The beds are a no go, very lumpy.

The GM, Kirby, and the entire Springhill Suites Team are so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, it’s the perfect location and the amenities add so much value to this property. Kirby and his team made me feel so at home and comfortable during an expected lengthy stay. I will always choose this property when I visit Bloomington.

We had adjoining rooms, both with two queens beds. They were clean and spacious. The breakfast was surprisingly really nice, and better than most other "free breakfasts" you typically get. (Ex: they had individually wrapped sausage cheese biscuit sandwiches. They also had "to go" containers which I thought was cool) Overall I left impressed and will definitely stay again.

Our room was very nice and spacious. We appreciated the mini fridge. Breakfast was great, thanks for having an abundance of fresh fruit! Each evening we sat at the bar, and I have to give a shout out for having a nice selection of drinks and a great bartender!

1/15/26. Reserve your next Bloomington stay here! I’ve been here three nights and every single staff person has been amazing. Josh at the bar will build a drink for you that makes your night, and he’s just a great person, too. Kirby the manager went above and beyond, the housekeeping staff were extraordinary and stopped to ask how things were, the front desk folks checked on me and made sure I had everything I need. Everyone made me as comfortable as possible, sent me out daily with a smile and I will absolutely stay here every time. Brava and bravo!!

This hotel was booked for me by a third party (training organizer) so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is really nice ! I had a huge room that was clean and spacious. I didn't eat breakfast here but the reception staff (especially evening shift) was really nice. My only "complaint" is that it could benefit from some additional lighting between the parking garage and building.

The rooms overall are good size and relatively new. The service staff are exceptional. The location is exceptional as well.
